Acting on Newton's Third Law that "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction," this system provides unparalleled pedaling efficiency and bump compliance through a unique four-bar design and sliding suspension element. Naild's R3ACT - 2 Play system uses an advanced kinematic that establishes a greater balance in load stabilization, minimizing unwanted energy losses.
Unidirectional carbon fiber frame Marin utilizes the latest in high modulus carbon fiber technology and materials for the lightest and strongest frame possible.
Marin uses biometric fit data based on statistics of people's body proportions, to develop the proper fit and weight distribution on each size of the Wolf Ridge. Using this data, we created four bike sizes that put each rider in the optimum position so that the center of gravity is the same for all sizes of people for balanced suspension kinematics, no matter the rider.
Full internal cable routing through the front and rear triangle requiring no zip ties or cable clamps for the cleanest look possible. 6061 forged cable entry clamps ensure your cables are neat.
Recommended Sag = 25%/14.25mm
REAR SHOCK SET UP
Step 1: Set correct pressure in rear shock.
Step 2: Sit on the bike and cycle the suspension (*with correct riding gear).
Step 3: Re-set O-ring and sit on the bike, DO NOT BOUNCE, carefully step off.
Step 4: Measure sag (from o-ring to seal of shock), If it does not match the bike's recommended sag in millimeters repeat process.
Step 5: Adjust rebound setting to ensure proper control.
FORK SET UP
Marin recommends that all bikes front and rear suspension feels balanced.
Step 1: After rear sag is set follow the recommended pressure from the fork manufacture.
Step 2: Bounce evenly up and down on the bike, cycling the suspension up and down to make sure both front and rear suspension feel balanced, if the front does not match the rear add or release pressure.
Step 3: Once the bike feels balanced adjust the rebound damping to ensure proper control.
