BB30 Bottom Bracket for SRAM GXP

When you want to install SRAM or Quarqs 24/22mm diameter thru-axle crank into a bottom bracket shell measuring 68mm wide and 42mm in diameter, you need CeramicSpeeds BB30 SRAM GXP bottom bracket.

The CeramicSpeed bearings are hand-assembled and installed into aluminum cups that thread together for quiet durability without adapters. There are two bearing options. The first choice is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing, with hardened-steel races and our super round CeramicSpeed balls. The second choice is our Coated Bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag.

In The Box

  • Bottom bracket with bearings installed.
  • 2 dust covers.
  • 1mm spacer.
  • 0.5mm spacer.
  • GXP wave washer.
  • All Round Grease.
  • Sticker sheet.

Technical Data

SRAM’s step-down 24/22mm diameter crank spindle is found on SRAM and Quarq cranks. This kit makes it easy to install those cranks into your BB30 frame.

Bottom Brackets deal with lots of force. Our ceramic bearings and hardened-steel races are stiff and efficient. CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings produce only 0.3-0.4 watts per set. The bearings are in the range of a 75% reduction of drag compared to stock offerings. They also last at least three times longer than other bearings.

Coated Bearings put even more of your power into driving forward. The coated races see a 50% drag reduction and an improvement in bearing life of 60%.

The grease packed with the bearings can tune performance. All Round Grease comes installed, but can be changed for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.
