Forty years in the making, the anniversary ASR is here. A tribute to Yeti’s formative years in the early ‘90s, we’ve blended a forgotten historic Yeti livery with unmistakable craftsmanship. Shaped by a wild era when a crew of misfits set the sport ablaze.

Trail Ready

Shortly after launching the ASR we had a familiar thought: “What if we put a longer fork on this?” Well, here we are again, the 40th Anniversary ASR is born.

With 10mm more travel up front, the head angle gets a bit slacker. Finished with a FOX Float SL, Motive brakes, and Maxxis Forekaster tires, this ASR will be begging for more.

Violet Primer

Aside from a suspension fork, 24-speeds and bar-ends, nothing was more rad than having your bike tricked out with matching 3D Violet parts. Many shades of anodizing ruled the roost in the 90’s, but it all started with 3D Violet. Custom anodized and laser etched DT Swiss hubs
anchor the custom 40th Anniversary Wheelset.

Super LTD.

To make them extra special, we made only 200 of these highly curated bikes. Each frame is individually numbered on the Special Projects badge and hand-assembled at our Golden, Colorado factory.

Turq FOX Factory

This 40th Anniversary ASR is brought to life with a new benchmark in lightweight, trail-ready performance, the new FOX 34 SL — painted to match with custom silver hardware on both the front and rear suspension. 

Still The King

Few brands have been with Yeti since the beginning. A Chris King headset, bottom bracket, centerlock lockrings, thru-axles and seat collar keep things moving smooth and tight, while giving a stylish nod to the glory days. 

Custom SRAM

Tasteful hits of 3D Violet adorn the one-of-a-kind SRAM XX drivetrain, while the new silver Motive brakes add a vintage flair. 

Hopped Up

All the little details add up to perfection. Frame hardware is custom anodized in 3D Violet, while the SL rocker link, custom-engraved Bike Yoke Barkeeper stem, and DT Swiss Revolite® spokes are high polished to show off the lust-worthy details.

This iconic collaboration between ODI and Yeti Cycles has been brought back to life from the original molds. These ODI Speed Grips are identical to those raced by the legends of the 90s.

Custom Rubber

The Maxxis Forekaster 2.4 tires with custom Turquoise hotpatches. For the perfect balance of traction and style. An ideal pairing for the Anniversary ASR. 

Sometimes, a group of freaks and racers find themselves right at the center of it all - at the beginning of a special time when mountain bike racing was taking shape and rapidly exploding. Before the iconic Turquoise and Yellow became the face of Yeti, Turquoise and Gray adorned the bikes of Jimmy Deaton, Juli Furtado, Missy Giove, Ranjeet Grewal, and so many others.

2010

25th Anniversary 575

The iconic Turq and Yellow livery returned to the delight of Yeti fans for the 25th Anniversary 575. A trail bike ahead of it’s time blended with the historic colors and graphics made for the perfect 25th Anniversary bike.

2010

25th Anniversary 303DH

In addition to the 25th Anniversary 575, Yeti also produced a very limited run of 303 Downhill frames. Raced by Aaron Gwin in his final breakout season with Yeti Factory Racing. Aarons legendary career exploded in the years to come, but it all started on Yeti. 

2015

30th Anniversary SB6

Yeti / FOX Factory riders Richie Rude and Jared Graves were at the top of the Enduro World Series standings aboard the SB6. For our 30th Anniversary, Richie Rude won his first Enduro World Series title aboard the 30th Anniversary SB6 and with it, gave Yeti the perfect 30th anniversary gift.

2020

35th Anniversary ARC

After a short hiatus from being in the Yeti line, the iconic ARC hardtail made it’s grand return to the Yeti lineup in 2020 with the 35th Anniversary ARC. The Champion’s choice was back. 

2025

40th Anniversary ASR

This 40th anniversary ASR is a bike inspired by the history of Yeti Cycles, but more importantly the people who shaped the sport and our beloved brand
