Have a key page of metrics you are referencing during a workout? Take advantage of the RIVAL's Pin Page feature which allows you to pin a workout page during an activity, once you scroll away from that page the device will automatically revert back to your pinned page after 10 seconds.

PLANNED WORKOUTS

Execute planned workouts on RIVAL. Update includes 12 Wahoo Sports Science designed workouts or connect your TrainingPeaks account and your week's workouts will automatically populate on ELEMNT RIVAL, allowing you to control and scale your swimming, biking, and running workouts. Get prompted at the start of each interval and follow the new planned workout pages to keep yourself on target.

WORK REST TIMER

Plan out your workout intervals using the Work Rest Timer. Create set periods in your running or other workout to let you know when to put the work in and when to go easy and take a breather.

TOUCHLESS TRANSITION

Start your triathlon with just the touch of a button, and let the RIVAL multisport GPS smartwach do all the work when it comes to tracking your performance. In triathlon mode, Touchless Transition allows the watch to automatically transition through the different legs of the triathlon, from swim, bike to run, without having to interact with it other than at the start and finish.

MULTISPORT HANDOVER

Connect your ELEMNT RIVAL and ELEMNT GPS Bike Computer profiles for a seamless display experience during the bike leg of your training or race. This feature enables the bike computer to display your cumulative workout metrics from the watch, while you still retain control of the head unit itself.

MANUAL MULTISPORT

A quick 5k after your swim? The Manual Multisport feature allows you to use the lap button to switch between workout profiles, when going from one activity to the next, without stopping the total workout tracking.

TRACK RUNNING PROFILE

Get the most accurate distance and pace metrics when running on a 400m track with the updated Track Running profile on RIVAL. After the automatic calibration, pressing the lap button can snap intervals to the nearest 100m resulting in the most accurate metrics.

IN-APP WORKOUT EDITOR

Edit your triathlon or pool swim to the most precise representation of your performance. In the ELEMNT Companion App, you are able to manually edit each leg of your triathlon to match your official race times or your lap swim data to accurately reflect your workout.

FIND MY DEVICE

When your ELEMNT RIVAL is connected to the ELEMNT Companion App via Bluetooth use your phone to find your RIVAL watch or your watch to find your phone. When using the Find my Device feature, it will cue your lost device to vibrate and make a noise to spot if not easily visible.

SMART NOTIFICATIONS

Provides on-screen pop-up alerts to notify you of calls, text, emails, WhatsApp, Signal, Line, Telegram and WeChat on iOS and Android. Only available if you are training with your smartphone and can be easily turned off with Do Not Disturb mode.

iOS MUSIC CONTROL

Control music on your iOS device from the RIVAL. Pause, play, skip, and adjust the volume on songs when your phone is paired, but out of reach.

BROADCAST HEART RATE, RUNNING PACE, AND RUNNING CADENCE

ELEMNT RIVAL is able to broadcast your heart rate, running pace, and running cadence to other devices such as bike computers, treadmills and 3rd party apps.

LIVE TRACK PORTAL

Live Track allows you to share a link by text or email using the ELEMNT Companion App, so that others are able to follow you in real-time on the Live Track web portal. Perfect for keeping you safely located by loved ones, tracked by a coach, or even meeting fellow athletes in-route. This feature is only available if you are training with your smartphone.
