CITY TRANSIT

The Marin Presidio 3 is the commuter bike of your dreams, because why shouldnt your daily driver also be a sports car? Weve built a fast, fun and exciting commuter with a lightweight Series 2 aluminum frame and straight-blade fork.

Weve also added heaps of reliability and "woah, thats cool!" with a Gates Carbon Drive 8-speed belt-driven drivetrain and internally-geared Shimano Nexus rear hub. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, Vee Tire tires and plenty of reliable Marin components complete the package.

LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAMES

Presidio frames are constructed of lightweight 6061 aluminum tubing with rack and fender mounts. Series 2 tubing on the Presidio 3 and 2 models add internal cable routing, and belt drive compatible forged slider dropouts for internally geared hubs.

MARIN SLIDER DROPOUTS

Our new slider dropouts were created specifically to bring the best technologies for commute bikes into a clean and tidy package. The dropouts slide to tension belts and chains, while incorporating flat mount disc brakes, and a direct mount rear kickstand to support the bike where weight is centered with gear.

DISC BRAKES

Hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth, controlled stopping in all conditions with minimal maintenance.

INTERNALLY GEARED HUBS

Internally geared hubs on the Presidio 3 and 2 package the gearing into a compact, maintenance-free package.

TIRE CLEARANCE

Presidio models can accommodate most tires up to 45mm without fenders, or 40mm with fenders.

    The Marin Presidio 3 is the perfect bike for city commuters. The belt drive and 8 speed internal are practically maintenance-free. The hydraulic disc brakes are ideal in all weather conditions. The bike arrived well packed with most of the critical components already assembled - just had to mount the handle bars, the seat, and the pedals. Finally, mounted the front wheel, pumped up the tires, and it was ready to ride. Revolution Bikes provides good customer communication during order processing and shipping.
