This parcel helps you to mate your Quarq and SRAM cranks with a PF30 MTB frame.PF30 Bottom Bracket for SRAM GXP MTB comes with Coated Bearings installed. The Coated Bearings have an additional benefit: a 3-micron thick metallic layer over the races. This addition makes the races harder and smoother, lowering drag and increasing life
