EXPANDED RUNNING DYNAMICS

Improve your running form with running dynamics, including step speed loss 1to understand how much you slow down when your foot hits the ground, in addition to vertical oscillation and ground contact time and balance (requires compatible smartwatch 2).

ACTIVITY RECORDING

During activities where you can’t wear a watch, such as team sports or martial arts, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor will record your workout and sync data — including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more — directly to the Garmin Connect app 3.

ACTIVITY TRACKING

HRM 600 tracks daily metrics, including steps, heart rate, calories burned and intensity minutes, and syncs that data directly to the Garmin Connect app to update on all your devices.

TRAINING VERSATILITY

For indoor track and treadmill runs, the HRM 600 heart rate monitor sends pace and distance to your compatible smartwatch 2. And during swim activities, HRM 600 stores your heart rate data and forwards it to your compatible smartwatch 2when your activity is saved.

FUNCTIONAL AND DURABLE

The LED light lets you know when the HRM 600 is awake and ready to go — or when the battery is running low. With the button, easily wake and pair your heart rate monitor. Plus, HRM 600 is durable with a 5 ATM water rating.
