The Spearfish C DLX frameset is our endurance XC mountain bike frame designed for going the distance as efficiently as possible. Our new Deluxe carbon fiber construction shaves more than 250 grams off our standard carbon without a penalty in stiffness, durability, or ride quality. Spearfish's stiffness is complemented by 120mm of Split Pivot rear suspension travel that's optimized for both pedaling and braking performance.

On-bike cargo mounts make it easy to pack your ride essentials - including two bottles (up to three on MD-XL frames) and your repair kit; top tube mounts expand your capacity to our EXP-R Series Trillium Top Tube Bag or even a K-Edge computer mount.

Split Pivot rear suspension design

Split Pivot provides a host of impressive suspension characteristics because the system isolates pedaling forces and braking forces from each other, allowing us to tune and optimize the bike for both independently. The concentric rear axle pivot, in conjunction with precise wheel link, brake link, and control link placement, results in excellent bump compliance and pedaling efficiency, smooth and predictable braking throughout travel, and maximum traction.

Split Pivot + design methodology

The Split Pivot+ design methodology allows our engineers to optimize a frame for more than one travel class. This means that Spearfish riders can adjust rear travel from 100-120mm rear and fit forks from 100-130mm.

Deluxe carbon fiber frame

Our most premium carbon fiber offering ever: this ultra high-modulus carbon fiber frame shaves more than 250 grams off the weight of our standard carbon construction without compromising durability, stiffness, or ride quality. Shock and control link are also made of carbon fiber for weight, stiffness, and durability.

Endurance XC geometry

Spearfish is designed on the premise that precision and efficiency equal speed. Spearfish's renowned pedigree in ultra-endurance racing has informed every geometry choice here. The sub 66.3-degree head tube angle combined with 430mm chainstays provide confidence at speed without sacrificing agility, with a flip chip to further tune to your liking. A 77.3-degree seat tube angle maintains a comfortable pedaling position for long days in the saddle.

Flip chip

A flip chip allows a simple and quick 5mm adjustment to bottom bracket height and 0.3-degree adjustment to head tube angle to account for your personal preference, terrain, or tire diameter.

Purpose-tuned suspension

Spearfish-specific control link and shock links optimize the frame geometry and kinematics for its suspension travel, delivering a precise, efficient ride feel.

Maximum bottle capacity

Stay hydrated on long rides with space for two bottles on sizes XS-SM; sizes MD-XL fit three bottles.

Accessory mounts

Spearfish's main triangle features accessory mounts for bolting your repair kit.

Top tube accessory mounts
