2027 POC Auric Cut Ski Helmet
The Auric Cut is multi-impact, well-ventilated, versatile helmet for on- and off-piste challenges.
Based on the Auric ski helmet developed for park and pipe riding, the Auric Cut has been adapted to provide a versatile helmet for any freeskier, on- or off-piste. The multi-impact EPP liner combined with a tough ABS shell enhances protection and durability.
The adjustment system ensures a precise, snug fit and the ventilation is easily adjusted from the outside to close off airflow in cold conditions or open it for strenuous hikes or milder days. The interior has been developed to provide high levels of adjustable comfort and the removable goggle clip provides a flexible attachment for those who prefer wearing the goggle on the inside of the ski and snowboard helmet.
ASTM F2040
ASTM F2040 is the American standard for snow sports helmets, covering alpine skiing and snowboarding. Helmets are independently tested across a range of performance criteria, including how effectively the helmet absorbs and reduces impact force, how securely the retention system holds the helmet in place during an impact, and overall stability of fit to ensure they meet defined safety requirements.

EN 1077 Class B is the standard classification under the European certification for alpine ski and snowboard helmets. Class B helmets are tested for impact absorption and retention system performance, making them suited to recreational snow sports use.
