The PD-R9300 was developed alongside the S-PHYRE RC910 shoe and the new SPD-SLR cleat system for a total stack height reduction of 2.8 mm (2.3 mm from the pedals and 0.5 mm from the shoe, compared to previous generation models). Together, they create a seamless interface with no unnecessary movement, improved stability, and more efficient power transfer than ever before.
