2026 POC Procen Air Road Cycling Helmet
POCOptimised for speed, the Procen Air brings the benefits of a time trial helmet to performance road cycling, giving the comfort and ventilation needed for a day in the peloton.
Optimised for speed, the Procen Air brings the speed benefits of a time trial helmet to performance road cycling, giving the comfort and ventilation needed for a stage race.
Influenced by and shaped like POC time trial helmets, the smooth surface of the Procen Air cuts through the air with ease. Ventilation inspired by the Venturi effect provides cooling across the whole head, and the path that the air is forced along through the helmet causes minimal disruption for maximum aero benefits.
As a further aid to the aerodynamic profile of the helmet, the Procen Air features an integrated visor that can be used instead of traditional sunglasses. With a magnetic attachment and storage system, it's easy to take the visor off mid-ride and store it at the rear of the helmet. The supplied lens features Clarity Road technology, offering enhanced contrast and colour control for optimum vision on the roads.
The road cycling helmet features integrated ear covers in soft EVA material, further streamlining the shape of the helmet and reducing wind noise. An integrated adjustment system spanning from temple to temple around the back of the head makes it easy to find a comfortable and secure fit for every rider, so you can be sure to maximise your performance in the peloton.
Specifications

Certification
CPSC 1203
The CPSC 1203 standard is the mandatory bicycle helmet requirement for the United States. It evaluates impact absorption, strap and buckle strength, and overall helmet stability to ensure reliable protection in common crash scenarios. Helmets meeting CPSC 1203 provide the safety performance required for cycling on roads, paths and trails across the US. This standard is the equivalent to CE EN but the rules are slightly more stringent in terms of the impact test, meaning helmets can meet the CE EN 1078 standard with thinner foam and lighter weight than the US CPSC 1203.

Features
EPS liner
The EPS liner is optimized to provide crash protection at a low weight.
PC Shell
The outer PC Shell is lightweight and enhances the structural integrity of the helmet.
CFD Tested
Extensive CFD testing and evaluation helped ensure the helmet is as fast as possible.
Aero and sound optimized ear covers
The partial ear covers have been carefully positioned to reduce wind noise, making it easier to hear those around you.
Internal airflow channels
The helmet's airflow channels allow air to move across the whole head, and support reduced drag for improved all-round aerodynamics.
Size Adjuster
An integrated size adjuster spanning from temple to temple around the back of the head makes it easy to find a secure and comfortable fit.
Molded EVA zone
The lower zone of the rear of the helmet is molded in malleable EVA to improve comfort behind the neck.
Detachable visor
The magnetic visor can easily be removed while riding.
Magnetic visor storage system
Magnets to the rear of the helmet make it possible to store the visor while cycling.
Clarity lens technology
The visor features a lens with Clarity Road technology which heightens contrast and manages the colour spectrum for optimum vision on the road.
Additional lens
The helmet comes with an additional clear lens.
Lens details
Main lens: Cat. 2 Clarity Road violet lens with silver mirror. Additional Lens: Cat. 0 Clear lens for low light.
Technical Features
CFD Testing
Mapping airflow around and through the helmet enabled us to optimise the shape for speed.

Lens storage
Magnets to the rear of the helmet make it easy to store the visor lens if you want to take it off mid-ride.
